On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, after the Initial Erasmus+ Information Days held at the Auditorium of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, we returned full of enthusiasm and eager to share everything we had learned. It was then that we began to present the main pillars of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project to the teaching staff of CEPA Distrito Centro, encouraging them to take part in the project as accompanying teachers.
The interest and positive response were immediate. From the very first moment, there was a clear sense of enthusiasm, commitment, and willingness to participate in an experience that we knew would be enriching both professionally and personally. This marked the beginning of a project that, thanks to everyone’s dedication and motivation, would soon become an exciting reality for our centre.
El jueves 10 de octubre de 2024, una vez concluidas las Jornadas Iniciales celebradas en el Paraninfo de la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, regresamos con muchísima ilusión y ganas de compartir todo lo aprendido. Fue entonces cuando comenzamos a comunicar al profesorado del CEPA Distrito Centro los pilares fundamentales del proyecto Erasmus+ KA122-ADU, animándoles a formar parte del mismo como docentes acompañantes.
El interés y la buena acogida no se hicieron esperar. Desde el primer momento se percibió entusiasmo, implicación y un gran deseo de participar en una experiencia que sabíamos que iba a ser tan enriquecedora a nivel profesional como personal. Así empezó a tomar forma un proyecto que, con el esfuerzo y la ilusión de todos, se convertiría en una realidad ilusionante para nuestro centro.
After selecting the accompanying teachers, the long-awaited Erasmus Days took place — an excellent opportunity to inform both staff and students about the new project. These days also allowed us to create an initial list of students interested in taking part in the mobility, generating great enthusiasm and a very positive response from the educational community.
Moreover, the Erasmus Days are always a perfect occasion to remember the Erasmus+ projects previously developed at our centre, highlight their continuity, and underline their sustainability in the present and future.
We also took the opportunity to remind our students that all Erasmus+ projects are funded by the European Union, whose support is essential in making these enriching and transformative educational experiences possible.
Y tras la selección de los docentes acompañantes, llegaron los esperados Erasmus Days, una magnífica ocasión para informar tanto al personal del centro como al alumnado sobre este nuevo proyecto. Estas jornadas nos permitieron también elaborar un primer listado de estudiantes interesados en participar en la movilidad, despertando un gran interés y una excelente respuesta por parte de la comunidad educativa.
Además, los Erasmus Days son siempre una oportunidad perfecta para recordar los proyectos Erasmus+ desarrollados anteriormente en nuestro centro, poner en valor su continuidad y destacar su sostenibilidad en el presente y en el futuro.
Aprovechamos igualmente para recordar a nuestro alumnado que todos los proyectos Erasmus+ están financiados por la Unión Europea, cuyo apoyo resulta fundamental para hacer posibles estas experiencias educativas tan enriquecedoras y transformadoras.
